Fresh Palate

The Fresh P & Nucleus Lounge kick off their weekend-long celebration today. Some of the specials available both Friday & Saturday include:

• Locally sourced corn beef and cabbage
• Mulligan’s Stew
• Irish games
• Green beer
• Specialty cocktails

Live music both nights beginning at 9 pm. Rootstand performs on Friday, Electrocats play on Saturday. No cover charge.

The Owl

On Friday evening, the Owl is hosting their “St Patty’s Practice Party” from 7- 10 pm, featuring live music by Way Out Wayne. Enjoy one of their 12 beers on tap on Saturday.

Black Sheep Pub

Corned beef dinners start at 4 pm tonight. Their Saturday festivities include corned beef dinner and “all other shenanigans that follow.” Guinness will also be flowing all day. Birch Road String Band will play at 8 pm.

Latitudes Tavern

On Saturday, stop in for Irish Stew and green beer from 3-9 pm. Stick around for live music beginning at 9 pm.

And don’t miss the trolley: 

Earlier this week, Thunder Bay Transportation Authority announced they would be running special trolleys from 3-8 pm on Saturday between all the festivities happening around town. Stops include all of the locations listed above, as well as Austin Brothers, Barilik’s, Chief’s, Naylor’s, Player’s, and Sports Page. Tickets $10 and may be purchased on the trolley. Trolley will visit each stop approximately every 15 minutes.
